Altavista

Suspicious Fires:  The Altavista Police Department is currently investigating several suspicious fires that have occurred on Ogden Road .  On October 27, 2005 , a pick-up truck was destroyed by fire at 303 Ogden Road .  On February 01, 2006 , a shed was destroyed by fire at 302 Ogden Road .  Another shed at 302 Ogden Road was damaged by fire on June 24, 2006 .  The Altavista Police Department has received several tips regarding the arsons, but is seeking additional information about these incidents.
